  -Thursday May 15- Ham & Au gratin Potato Casserole, Carrots, Peas, Jell-O  w/Fruit Cocktail and Whole Grain Roll.

  -Friday May 16- Lemon Pepper Tilapia, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots, Tropical Fruit and Cotton Pickin’ Good Cake.

  -Monday May 19- Beef Pepper Steak over Rice, Stewed Tomatoes and Warm Peach Crisp.

  -Tuesday May 20- Chicken Bearnaise, Peas, Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy, Peaches and Texas Sheet Cake.
