The Secret Life of the Y Director

      Rotarian Ben Frazier was his own program for the March 4, 2025 Rotary meeting. He took the head table, pulled out his cutting board, knife, blender and all of the ingredients for his famous Roasted Tomato Guacamole… EXCEPT he would not divulge the makeup of his special blend of spices! After dicing, squeezing and blending, Ben passed the tortilla chips and the fresh guacamole for all to sample.

      Besides cooking, Ben admitted to other hobbies, in addition to his family: playing the guitar, gardening and woodworking. AND, yes he is getting ready to publish a pizza cookbook called “The Slice is Right”.
