South Central JH girls win sectional to advance to state

The South Central Junior High School eighth-grade girls became the school’s second team to advance to a state tournament this school year.
The Lady Falcons advanced to state by defeating Dieterich in the Assumption sectional championship, 15-8, then lost in the first round at the IESA finals to Bloomington Corpus Christi, 27-14.
Members of the team are Jane Taylor Rose, Skylar Webster, Annie Ruholl, Sierra Lotz, Graceyn Engel, Teagan Cowger, Lexy Garrett, Alexa Gile, Emmie Ruholl, Jayda Neilson and Jillian Jones.
