-Timothy Harre, 55, Edwardsville, had his probation revoked for the offense of possession of a stolen vehicle on Wednesday, Oct. 16. He was sentenced to three years in the IL Department of Corrections.
-Derek A. Britz, 40, Edgewood, had his probation revoked for the offense of possession of methamphetamine on Tuesday, Oct. 22. He was sentenced to two years in the IL Department of Corrections.
-Tyler J. Roe, 37, Brownstown, pled guilty to the offenses of home invasion and aggravated arson on Tuesday, Oct. 22. He was sentenced to 18 years in the IL Department of Corrections.
-Billy F. Guyot, 35, Fillmore, was charged with one count of methamphetamine delivery of 15 but less than 100 grams and one count of possession of methamphetamine possession of 15 but less than 100 grams on Tuesday, Oct. 22 in Fayette County. Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 9 a.m.
-Terry W. Branham, 64, Vandalia, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 24 in Fayette County with one count of possession of methamphetamine of less than 5 grams. Preliminary hearing and first appearance with counsel is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 10 a.m.
-Barton D. Swofford, 57, Brownstown, was charged with one count of felony possession/use of a weapon/firearm on Tuesday, Oct. 29 in Fayette County. Conditions of release include no violation of further criminal charges, must appear on court date, must keep in contact with pre-trial services, and GPS monitoring. First appearance with counsel is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 9 a.m.
-Cindy L. Smith, 67, Herrick, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 31 in Fayette County with one count of bad check/obtaining control of property of more than $150. Status hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025 at 10 a.m.
-Travis T. Branum, 53, Vandalia, was charged with one count of methamphetamine delivery of 15 but less than 100 grams and one count of possession of methamphetamine of 15 but less than 100 grams on Thursday, Nov. 7 in Fayette County. Pre-trial is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 9 a.m. Final pre-trial is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Jury trial is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
