Charles Jason Dilley, 45, Cowden
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Jason Dilley, who left us on November 5, 2024, at the age of 45. Born on May 1, 1979, Charles Jason Dilley, affectionately known as Chuck, was a beloved father, partner, son, brother, and friend whose light touched the lives of many.
Chuck is survived by his cherished children, Aubrie Grace Dilley, Charles Carter Dilley, and Bailey Bishop, who were the center of his world. A devoted dad, he took immense joy in every moment spent with them, nurturing their dreams and embracing their adventures. His love and dedication as a father were unmatched, and his memory will forever live on through his children. He is also survived by his loving girlfriend, Sam Bishop, whose unwavering support brought him warmth and happiness. Together, they created beautiful memories that will always be treasured. Chuck is further survived by his father, Bob Dilley, and his sister, Amy Garrison. His family, both near and far, will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Dilley, whose love and guidance will always be remembered.
Professionally, Chuck served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Burder Tank, where is commitment to excellence and passion for his work were deeply respected by his colleagues. He approached every challenge with integrity and dedication, leaving a positive impact on his work environment.
Chuck will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will remain alive in the hearts of those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Free Methodist Church in Cowden with Satch Thomas officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service. A private family burial will take place in Mound Cemetery. Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Cowden is assisting the family.
