Ramsey Man Charged

Justin Blackburn, age 33, was charged with Aggravated Battery to a peace officer. The allegations state that Blackburn was alleged to have pushed an officer that resulted in a cut to the police officers elbow. In addition to the Aggravated Battery charge, Blackburn is also charged with Domestic Battery prior charge as well as a Criminal Trespass to a residence.
A preliminary hearing is set for August 5 for Justin Blackburn and will appear in the Fayette County Court
