They will open the doors to their new location on Randolph Street on Monday, August 19th.
The library also answered some FAQ’s
-Materials checked out when they are closed?
They won’t be due until the library reopens.
You can keep them until then or turn in at another library.
-Can patrons use other libraries while the Evans Public Library is closed?
Yes, you can use your library card at almost any other library in Illinois. Just make sure you have your physical card with you. You can check out items on their shelves and you can also return your items at other libraries and they will return them to the Evans Public Library when they reopen.
