Gregory A. Hoskins, 67, Mascoutah
, IL, born Oct. 25, 1956, in Streator, IL died Thursday, May 30, 2024, at his home.
Greg was the owner and operator of Better Newspapers, Inc. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Mascoutah and was very active with the Mascoutah Improvement Association. Greg was an avid coin collector and loved visual arts. His passion was to travel the world with his wife, Linda, visiting 26 countries and six continents, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert W. and Donna, nee Benner, Hoskins, a grandson, Lincoln Hoskins, two brothers, Scott, and Jeff Hoskins.
Greg is survived by his wife, Linda M., nee Dunbar, Hoskins whom he married on April 25, 1981, in Streator, IL; three children, Emily (Cody Campbell) Hoskins of Nashville, TN, Scott Hoskins of Belleville, IL, Mark (Kailee Ranes-Hoskins) Hoskins of Altamont, IL; and four grandchildren, Serenity, Barrett, Harper, and Oliver.
