Sally A. Miller, 92, Du Quoin

Sally Ann Miller, 92, of Du Quoin, formerly of Benton, KY, passed away at 11:15 P.M., Sunday, September 10, 2023 at her residence.

Sally had been a physical therapist for J & Special Education Services.

She was born December 26, 1930 in Vandalia, IL, the daughter of Herbert Gereke and Elsie William (Curry) Mammen.

She married James Lowell Miller on May 18, 1958 in Vandalia, IL and he preceded her in death on January 21, 2007.

She is survived by three children – Polly Johnson of Carlinville, IL, Jon Andrew ìAndyî Miller and wife Sherri of Benton, KY, and Abby Emling and husband Adam of Du Quoin, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia, IL with Bro. Don Wilson and Bro. Mark Doom officiating.

Those attending the service are asked to go directly to the cemetery.

Burial will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia, IL.

Friends may make memorials to the First Baptist Church, Benton, KY for Operation Christmas Child and will be accepted at the funeral home.
