Charles L. “Chuck” Nash, 84, of Vandalia, Illinois, formerly of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022, at SBL Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday January, 11, 2022, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Tracy Zimmerman officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday January 11, 2022, at Miller Funeral Home Vandalia, IL. Memorials: The Nash Family. He was born December 6, 1937, in Bunker, MO, the son of Hubert Lee and Sylvia Marie (Beers) Nash. Married Patricia Rhodes, November 7, 1970 in Ramsey, IL. Chuck was logger and worked his entire life in and around the logging industry. He was a member of the Family Worship Center in Vandalia, IL.

Chuck is survived by: Sons – Greg Nash & Tammy, Byron, MI., Travis Nash & Linda, Vandalia, IL; Daughters – Lori Bender & Dave, Pleasantville, IA, Janette Renee Elliott, Vandalia, IL., and Keila Bauerle & Josh, Vandalia, IL; Brothers – Jim Nash, Griggsville, IL, Ron Nash, St. Elmo, IL, Rich Nash & Vicky, Ramsey, IL and Dave Nash & Patty, Green Valley, IL; Sisters – Sharon Johnson & Wayne, Knoxville, IA, Shirley Beaman, Knoxville IA, Mary Groendyk & Kevin, Knoxville, IA; 15 Grandchildren; Bambi Stinebring, Kyle Elliott, Kristina Dubbs, Aaron Nash, Becky Nash, Joey Lester, Zayne Nash, Zachary Reiss, Matthew Nash, Cory Bunker, Tyler Bunker, Abrielle Bunker, Lisa Sautter, Michael Bender and Dawn Bender; Several Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren and Great Great Great Grandchildren.
