Russell E. “Rusty” Adams, 56, of Shelbyville

Russell E. “Rusty” Adams, 56, of Shelbyville, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021, at Shelbyville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Shelbyville.

He was born July 18, 1965, in Memphis, TN, the son of Robert Ray and Peggy Jean (Pierce) Adams. He worked as a Freelance Mechanic and loved going fishing with his family.

He is survived by a son, Gene Adams, Saint Elmo; a brother,Charles R. “Bobby” Adams, Dothan, AL, and deveral nephews snd nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Donna; daughter, Ashley Adams; and sisters, Renee and Becky.
