Diana R. Roe, 78, of Hillsboro, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Friday, Sept. 3, 2021, at Hillsboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, in Hillsboro.

Diana was born February 17, 1943, in Kresgeville, P.A., the daughter of John Samuel and Viola Irene (Getz) George. She married Marsden L. Roe, Sr. on December 24, 1960 in Lehighton, P.A. Diana was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, cleaning, playing bingo, reading and gardening, but most of all spending time with her family. She was affiliated with the Woburn Baptist Church in Greenville.
She is survived by her husband, Marsden Roe of Vandalia; son, Marsden L. Roe Jr., Lugoff, S.C.; daughters, DeAnn Schukar and Shawn, Collinsville, and Cheryl Roe, Vandalia; sister, Janet Smith and Delbert, Lehighton, PA; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, and three sisters.
