Sheriff’s Scholarship
Michael Wells is the 2013 recipient of the Illinois Sheriff’s Association’s $500 scholarship. The scholarship was presented by Fayette County Sheriff Aaron Lay. Wells, the son of Darin and Melissa Wells of Vandalia, will be attending Illinois College in the fall, studying pre-physical therapy.
