• James W. Berner, 31, 214 N. Superior St., Ramsey, was arrested on Dec. 19 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $200 cash.
• Donald W. Britton, 50, Springfield, was arrested on Dec. 19 for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $5,000.
• James H. Kuhn, 59, Mason, was arrested on Dec. 19 for failure to appear in Coles County court on a small claims matter. Bond was $200 cash.
• Michael L. Reynolds, 44, Centralia, was arrested on Dec. 18 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, obstructing justice and unlawful possession of Xanax. Bond was $15,000.
• Cody A. Lange, 18, 414 W. Gallatin St., Apt. 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 18 on a charge of possession of drug equipment. Bond was $1,000.
• Rickey L. Martin, 23, Greenville, turned himself in on Dec. 18 on a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance or possession with the intent to deliver. Bond was $15,000.
• Ashley M. Hicks, 21, 215 N. Kane St., Vandalia, turned herself in on Dec. 18 on a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance or possession with the intent to deliver, and manufacture/delivery of a look-alike substance. Bond was $15,000.
• Marshall T. Kellums, 23, Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested on Dec. 18 on charges of driving while his license is suspended and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Ivan L. Ray, 42, 115 S. Second St., Vandalia, turned himself in on Dec. 17 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $2,000.
• Kyle A. Monical, 20, Kinmundy, was arrested on Dec. 17 on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, having an uncased firearm, hunting on a roadway, hunting without a permit and failure to use a seatbelt. Bond was $1,000.
• William R. O’Leary, 20, Kinmundy, was arrested on Dec. 17 on charges of unlawful use of a firearm, improper display of registration, improper parking on a roadway, failure to use a seatbelt, having an uncased firearm, possession of fireworks, illegal possession of alcohol, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis, hunting without landowner permission and hunting on a roadway. Bond was $1,000.
• Nicole L. Lecrone, 20, 621 W. Taylor St., Vandalia, was arrested on a charge of battery. She was released on a notice to appear in court. She was also arrested on a St. Louis, Mo., warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

• Scott W. Brown, 39, 640 S. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 15 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Melissa I. Craycroft, 45, RR 2, Farina, was arrested on charges of battery and resisting a peace officer. Bond was $1,000.
• Gary W. Wilson, 30, Greenville, was arrested on charges of possession of drug equipment, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license. Bond was $30,000.
• Trevor F. McCammack, 26, RR 1, Brownstown, was arrested on Dec. 15 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $2,500.
• Lisa R. Evans, 37, Geneva, Ind., was arrested on Dec. 15 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held for Adams County, Ind., authorities.
• Ronald E. Evans, 50, Geneva, Ind., was arrested on Dec. 14 on a charge of theft more than $500. He was held for Adams County, Ind., authorities.
• Alfred L. Cross, 68, Effingham, was arrested on a charge of unlawful display of a license plate and on an Effingham County warrant for two counts of felony theft. Bond was $50,100.
• Kristy D. Rigdon, 32, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 14 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $20,000.
• Jerry L. Karnes, 30, 406 S. College St., Brownstown, was arrested on Dec. 13 for failure to appear in court in Shelby and Clay counties. Bond was $11,500, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Eldor Kholmuratov, 27, Wood Ridge, was arrested on Dec. 13 for failure to appear in McLean County court on a charge of deceptive practices. Bond was $15,000.
• Dalton E. Hanna, 20, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 13 on charges of aggravated possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful transfer of a firearm. No bond amount was listed.
