• Joshua D. Wilson, 36, Cowden, was arrested on Dec. 13 for failure to appear in court on a charge of allowing a dog to run at large. Bond was $2,500.
• Timothy D. Cox, 20, 105 S. First St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 13 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked, resisting a peace officer and using an unlawful license plate. Bond was $3,000.
• Gerald R. Stine, 18, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 12 on charges of driving while his license is suspended and improper lane usage. Bond was $1,500.
• A 17-year-old youth was arrested on Dec. 12 on a charge of possession of up to 2.5 grams of cannabis. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• George J. Hawk, 45, 428 S. Fourth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 11 on a charge of resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Bond was $1,000.
• Jarvis R. Denning, 22, RR 1, Shobonier, was arrested on Dec. 11 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper display of a license plate and no rear registration light. Bond was $3,000.
• Steven D. Cox, 42, 422 S. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 10 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended. Bond was $1,500.
• Christopher S. Fields, 21, 421 W. Main St., Ramsey, was arrested on Dec. 10 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $7,500, and Fields was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• James W. Berner, 30, 214 N. Superior St., Ramsey, turned himself on Dec. 10 for a warrant for failure to appear in court. Bond was $3,000.
• Robert L. Truman, 32, Florissant, Mo., was arrested on Dec. 10 on charges of driving while his license is suspended and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Ivan C. Moran, 34, Belleville, was arrested on Dec. 8 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500, and Moran was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Tyrone Lafleur, 30, Houston, Texas, was arrested on Dec. 8 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $3,000.
• Jacob D. Tedrick, 21, 922 W. Tower St., Vandalia, turned himself in on Dec. 8 for a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $1,500.
• Joseph L. Binford, 29, Chicago Ridge, was arrested on Dec. 8 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $7,500.
• Teresa Y. Durham, 45, 410 E. Madison St., Farina, was arrested on Dec. 7 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $2,500.
• Brian C. Beck, 50, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 7 on a charge of aggravated battery. Bond was $75,000.
