Leonard J. Davis, 71, Brownstown

Leonard J. Davis, 71, of Brownstown, died at 11:05 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Mr. Davis was born on March 7, 1940, in Wilson, Ark., the son of Leonard J. and Ida Davis.

He is survived by sons, Leonard W. Davis and his wife Carol of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Jefferson L. Davis and his wife June of Dix; and daughter, Allie and her husband Adam Mathis of Salem, Mo.
