C&S again surpasses expectations

There is just no way to thank so many people in every corner of our county for their generous response to those in need this year. The collections of cash, clothing, food, gifts and toys were overflowing and overwhelming!
We would especially like to thank those who gave of their valuable time, to come and help sort, pack and distribute the baskets.
Perhaps the words of one recipient best expresses the gratitude of all:
“I would like to express my sincere thanks to all those involved with Caring and Sharing this year.
“Holidays can be sad and lonely for many people – including me – but I want to tell those who cared and shared this year that it has made me feel warm and cared-about, and proud to live in Vandalia with great people like you.”
