    She was named Julia Wren.
    Grandparents are Keith and Janet Manley of Vandalia, and John and Patti Taylor of Augsburg.
    Great-grandparents are Addie Mae Smith of East Alton, Lucille Geibel of Vandalia and Marilyn Francis of St. Elmo.
