    Recovering from Surgery
    Larry Urban of St. Peter underwent double knee replacement surgery on July 2 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo.
    Dane and Belinda Harpster, and Mahala Harpster and fiancé Nathan Jacquin visited him on July 4.
    Sue Urban spent a few nights with Mahala Harpster of Villa Ridge, Mo., while awaiting his release. Larry is now recovering at home.
    Birthday Celebration
    Belinda Harpster of St. Peter celebrated her birthday on Sunday by attending the Cardinals game at St. Louis.

  • ExxonMobil Annuitants

    The ExxonMobil Annuitants Club met on June 27 at Ponderosa Steakhouse in Vandalia, with 30 members and four guests present.
    Vice President Mike Mulhern welcomed all members and guests, followed by the pledge to the flag. Brock Fisher gave the blessing before the meal.
    After the meal, Mulhern called the meeting to order. The secretary and treasurer reports were read and approved.  Birthdays and anniversaries for June were also read.
