• Two Ramsey juveniles, ages 15 and 16, and a Vandalia juvenile, age 16, were arrested on Oct. 22 on charges of retail theft. The juveniles were released on notices to appear in court.
• Anthony L. Casillas, 29, Poughkepsie, N.Y., was arrested on Oct. 22 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $100,000.
• John A. Kowalski, 42, 612 W. Gallatin St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 21 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000, and he was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Rodney D. Tedrick, 42, 517 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 21 on charges of aggravated battery and resisting arrest. No bond information was listed.
• Ashley J. Vandiver, 23, 121 E. North St., Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 21 on a Montgomery County misdemeanor warrant. Bond was $5,000.
• Mandy J. Dunn, 25, Oak Grove Street, Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 21 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of drugs, driving without lights and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $15,000.
• Michael P. Forbes, 31, RR 1, Ramsey, was arrested on a small claims warrant. Bond was $250 cash.
• A 16-year-old Vandalia resident was arrested on Oct. 19 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. The juvenile was released on a notice to appear in court.
• A 16-year-old Vandalia resident was arrested on Oct. 19 on a charge of possession of drug equipment. The juvenile was released on a notice to appear in court.
• A 17-year-old Vandalia resident was arrested on Oct. 19 on charges of possession of up to 30 grams of cannabis and resisting arrest. The juvenile was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Randolph L. Burrus, 56, Pana, was arrested on Oct. 19 on a warrant for charges of driving with a defective windshield and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $5,000.
• Lori J. Ginger, 26, Tower Hill, was arrested on Oct. 19 for failure to appear in Montgomery County court. Bond was $2,000.
• Jeffrey A. Steinkamp, 25, 226 S. First St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 19 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $20,000.
• Cash A. Siebert, 18, RR 1, Bingham, was arrested on Oct. 19 on a charge of illegal taking of a furbearer. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Jacob F. McClintok, 18, RR 2, Ramsey, was arrested on Oct. 19 on a charge of unlawful hunting between a half hour after sunset and sunrise. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Dayin M. Godbersen, 18, 622 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 18 on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $1,000.
