• Four individuals were arrested on July 5 on charges of concealing or aiding a fugitive and endangering the life/health of a child. Those arrested were: Desiree N. Baumann, 28, 16 Oak Grove Lane, Brownstown; Mandy J. Dunn, 29, RR 2, Vandalia, $4,000 bond; Rex E. Sitzmore, 27, 16 Oak Grove Lane, Brownstown, $2,500 bond; and Steven W. Kazee Jr., 46, Hopkinsville, Ky. Dunn was also arrested for failure to appear in court. No bond amounts were listed for Dunn and Kazee.
• William H. Werner, 39, 417 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 5 on a charge of aggravated domestic battery. No bond amount was listed.
• John A. Saxon Jr., 41, 412 E. Oak St., Brownstown, was arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond was $5,000.
• Anthony M. Duncan, 42, Dayton, Ohio, was arrested on July 4 on charges of speeding and possession of cannabis. Bond was $1,500.
• Travis T. Branum, 44, 1625 W. St. Louis Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on July 4 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,500.
• Eleanor L. Chandler, 51, 621 Interstate Drive, St. Elmo, was arrested on July 3 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
• Winona R. DeMain, 36, 509 S. Glens Lane, Brownstown, was arrested on July 2 on a charge of resisting a police officer and for failure to appear in court. Bond was $25,000.
• Nicholas E. Parker, 24, Effingham, was arrested on July 2 on a charge of harassment by electronic communication. Bond was $50,000.
• Matthew A. Delaney, 30, Wamac, was arrested on July 2 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $1,500.
• James O. Logue Jr., 70, RR 2, Brownstown, was arrested on July 2 on a charge of violation a civil no-contact order. Bond was $2,500.
• Brett M. Madeker, 37, 1263 E. 1750 Ave., Brownstown, was arrested on July 2 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Tyler C. Abendroth, 26, 329 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on July on charges of disorderly conduct and unlawful use of a weapon. Bond was $1,500.
• Gary L. Easley, 43, RR 2, Beecher City, was arrested on July 1 on a charge of criminal trespass to real property. Bond was $1,500.
• Corey J. Mitchell, 26, Mattoon, was arrested on July 1 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $7,500.
• Darrell W. Gann, 37, 125 E. Third St., Ramsey, was arrested on July 1 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Ammar Y. Hilal, 56, Cary, N.C., was arrested on July 1 on a charge of possessing cigarettes without stamps. He was released at the order of a judge.
• Dennis W. Miley, 45, 2112 N. 2150 St., St. Elmo, was arrested on July 1 on charges of criminal damage to property, battery, theft up to $300 and criminal trespass to real property. Bond was $1,500.
• Chelsee M. Kramer, 20, 415 W. Main St., Ramsey, was arrested on July 1 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Samantha J. Beccue, 30, Edgewood, was arrested on June 30 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $5,000.
• Gregory A. Irvin, 27, Centralia, was arrested on June 30 on charges of violating the Domestic Violence Act, domestic battery and battery. No bond amount was listed.
• Karen L. White, 45, Redlands, Calif., was arrested on June 30 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
