• Adam J. Lange, 19, 418 W. Washington St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 29 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Aaron Centeno, 45, Beecher City, was arrested on Oct. 29 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $1,500.
• Bruce Evans, 45, 1476 N. 1700 St., Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 29 on charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $10,000.
• Matthew D. Jackson, 22, 210 W. Maple St., Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 28 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $1,500.
• Steven R. Linder, 19, Salem, was arrested on Oct. 28 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $3,000, and he was held for Clinton County authorities.
• Matthew Myers, 28, 1100 E. 1300 Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 28 on charges of battery, domestic battery and disorderly conduct, and on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $50,000.
• Nicholas E. Parker, 24, homeless, Effingham, was arrested on Oct. 27 on an alleged violation of an order of protection. Bond was $25,000.
• Max E. VanSant, 58, Effingham, was arrested on Oct. 27 on a charge of theft more than $500. Bond was $1,500.
• Scott E. Guidos, 41, Albuquerque, N.M., was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 500 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. Bond was $10,000.
• Wesley A. Cotton, 22, and Dalton J. Hearn, 23, both of Ballston Spa, N.Y., were arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis, possession of more than 30 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond for each was $10,000.
• Barrett D. Pelts, 26, 215 N. Kane St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 26 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $20,000.
• Ashley S. Pittenger, 24, 632 S. Locust St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $3,000.
• Jamie L. Eubank, 29, 115 S. Second St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 25 on charges of driving without a valid license, improper lane usage and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
