• A 15-year-old youth was arrested on April 22 on charges of theft up to $300, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating curfew. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Trenton B. Duckworth, 20, 821 N. Main St., St. Elmo, was arrested on April 22 on a charge of theft up to $300. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Bart A. Stokes, 47, 621 S. Front St., Ramsey, was arrested on April 21 on an alleged violation of an order of protection. No bond information was listed.
