Rotary District Governor Visits

Rotary District Governor Gordon Bidner of Carlock paid his annual visit to the Vandalia Rotary Club last week. He is a member of the Rotary Club in Normal and presides over a 26-county district in Central Illinois that includes 55 clubs and 2,400 members.
