? Bingo is held at Crawford-Hale American Legion Post 95 home. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and bingo begins at 7 p.m.
? A Nar-Anon meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Northside Christian Church, 1845 W. Jackson St., Vandalia.

Saturday, February 2

? Evans Public Library in Vandalia is holding a Groundhog Day Story Saturday at 1 p.m. Children of all ages are invited to listen to stories and make a craft.

Monday, February 4

? The Fayette County Health Department's grief support group meets from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the health department, 416 W. Edwards St., Vandalia.
? The Vandalia Women of the Moose meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Vandalia Moose Lodge.
? Fayette County Mothers of Preschoolers meets at 6:30 p.m. in the back room of the St. Elmo Public Library. Mothers of children ages newborn to kindergarten-age are invited. Snacks and child care is provided.
? The Vandalia City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at city hall.

Tuesday, February 5

? A  Christian Ladies Breakfast Club meets at 9:30 a.m. at Denny's in Vandalia. Those who wish may purchase breakfast. For more information, contact Faye Watson, 267-8487.
? The Vandalia Rotary Club meets at noon at Ponderosa Steakhouse.
? The Fayette County Hospital Auxiliary monthly meeting is at noon. A fundraiser will be discussed. All members are encouraged to attend.
? The Caregiver Connection support group for area caregivers meets from noon-1 p.m. in the conference room at Evans Public Library in Vandalia. The group is open to anyone needing information or emotional support as a caregiver. For more information, contact Trisha Ratliff at 1-217-347-7179, ext. 1062.
? The Grandparents/Relatives Raising Children Support Group meets from 1-2 p.m. at Evans Public Library in Vandalia. The support group meets monthly and provides support, education and access to additional resources, including financial assistance. ? The Fayette County Board's finance committee meets at 6 p.m. in the Lincoln Room on the second floor of the Fayette County Courthouse.

Friday, February 8

? There is no bingo at the American Legion Home in Vandalia.
? A Nar-Anon meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Northside Christian Church, 1845 W. Jackson St., Vandalia.
? The Vandalia Community High School band is holding a spaghetti dinner from 4-7 p.m. in the VCHS cafeteria. Spaghetti and sides are being provided by Joe's Pizza. Tickets are $10 and are available from band members and at the door.
? The second annual Vandalia Alumni and Friends Pep Band Night when the Vandals play Greenville in boys basketball.
