? The Fillmore Sportsman Club is holding its membership drive and fundraiser at Fillmore Lake, beginning at 10 a.m. It includes a free fun shoot, with clay birds furnished; and food provided by the club, served from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.. Dessert donations are being accepted.
? The Fayette County Republicans are holding their annual Lincoln Day Dinner at the American Legion Home in Vandalia. A social hour is at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m., followed by speeches from local and regional candidates. The cost is $20.

? The Fayette County Health Department's grief support group meets from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the health department office, 416 W. Edwards St., Vandalia.
? The Vandalia Women of the Moose meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Moose Lodge.
? The Grief Share support group meets at 6 p.m. at Farina United Methodist Church, 311 Jackson St., Farina.
? The Vandalia City Council meets at 6:30 p.m. at city hall.
Tuesday, March 3
? The Christian Ladies Breakfast Club meets at 9:30 a.m. at Chuck Wagon Restaurant. It includes devotionals, prayer and fellowship, and breakfast on their own for attendees. The public is invited. For more information, contact Faye Watson at 267-8487.
? The Vandalia Rotary Club meets at noon at Ponderosa Steakhouse.
? The Fayette County Hospital Auxiliary meets at noon in the conference room at the hospital. All members are encouraged to attend these meetings.

? The Fayette County Health Department, 416 W. Edwards St. in Vandalia, is hosting an American Red Cross blood drive from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
? The Vandalia Chamber of Commerce holds its monthly meeting at noon in the Lincoln Room at Ponderosa Steakhouse. A luncheon is followed by a business meeting and program. This momth's speaker is Susan Williams of Mediation Resoultions/Pro Comp Services.
