Lucy Elizabeth Newcomb
Judd and Carla Newcomb of Mulberry Grove are the parents of a daughter born at 10:03 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 11, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.

Lucy Elizabeth weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 22 inches long.
She has two sisters, Haelé and Eleanor.
Grandparents are John and Ruth Ann Moyer of Vandalia, Margaret Pope of Decatur and the late Robert Newcomb.
