Anniversary

Dwight and Bessie Hagy of Vandalia will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering.

Dwight Hagy and the former Bessie Holman were married on July 22, 1951, in Vandalia.
He is a World War II Navy veteran, and is retired from farming and the U.S. Postal Service. She is a homemaker.
They are the parents of three children: Beverly Horton, Mark Hagy, and Cindy and her husband Kirk Doehring, all of Vandalia. They have seven grandchildren.
