City of Vandalia to oil streets, alleyways next week
The City of Vandalia will begin oiling Streets and Alleyways on September 5, 2023 (weather permitting). This most likely will include the week of Sept 5th and the week of Sept 11th. Please be mindful of the workers and obey traffic signals and signs. A map is enclosed to show the area. Red lines are the streets to be oiled and green are the alleyways.
