The Lady Vandals hosted the Roxana Shells for their home opener Monday, but lost the meet 2-7. Victoria Smith picked up the Vandals singles victory at the #4 spot with an impressive 6-0, 6-2 victory. In doubles, Angelica Ferranto teamed with Victoria for an 8-5 win at # 2 doubles. The Vandals host a reduced Shelbyville team tomorrow at home.
