State Senator Jason Plummer will be the keynote speaker at The Fayette County Republican Central Committee’s Lincoln Day Dinner at the Crawford-Hale American Legion in Vandalia on Saturday, June 5 beginning at 5 p.m.
After being postponed due to COVID-19, the Fayette County Republicans have changed the format of their dinner to a more casual event to celebrate how far the County has come in beating COVID and protecting our freedoms.
After Plummer’s remarks, will be dinner and following, there will be a DJ and dancing. Republican candidates for state and county offices and many others will be hand but will not be speaking but will be available to meet attendees. Tickets are available from any county republicans, and children 12 and under free.
Everyone is welcome to join the celebration, and no political affiliation is needed to attend. Proceeds from the dinner will be used to support Republican candidates for county and local offices in the 2022 election.
