A fire Saturday morning destroyed an outbuilding and its contents in the Pinhook area. Vandalia’s volunteer firefighters were called to the Brian Luster residence at about 8:15 a.m. A wood-burning stove was believed to be the cause of the fire. Firefighters were at the scene for more than 90 minutes.
