F. Tessman and Olivia Tessman of Vandalia are the parents of a girl born at 12:54 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Gracie Marie weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Christopher Fladeland and the late Mildred Hensley, both of Vandalia.
Maternal great-grandparents are Mary Jo Wright and Wanda Green, both of Vandalia.
Paternal grandparents are Fred Tessman and Sharla Halford of Vandalia, and Doni Baker of Mt. Vernon.
