Bank tells promotions, new job titles

The FNB Community Bank Board of Birectors approved several promotions at its April meeting.  These include new job titles for some employees. 
Joe Schaal, loan officer, has been promoted to vice president, while Ingrid Andronis, accounting officer, has been promoted to assistant vice president.
Aubrea DeCloedt has been named branch manager for the main bank and Eighth Street locations in Vandalia. 
Advancements in the loan department included the promotion of Clinton Hood to loan officer and Megan Kistler to senior credit analyst.
Sarah Bauer is now a credit analyst and Amber Miller is OREO (Other Real Estate Owned) officer.  The FNB Community Bank also recently hired Quinton Wadkins as junior loan officer.
Mike Radliff, bank president, praised the efforts of these employees.
“We are very pleased to recognize the achievement and success of these seven individuals,” Radliff said. “Their success is based on providing outstanding service to our customers and future customers in the communities of Bond, Fayette and Marion counties and beyond.”
The FNB Community Bank, with facilities in Vandalia, Ramsey, Patoka, Mulberry Grove and Greenville, ended 2019 with $356 million in total assets. The bank was chartered in 1865.
