? The Methodist Men at First United Methodist Church in Vandalia will hold its annual pancake and sausage supper from 4-7 p.m. in Wesley Hall at the church, 127 S. Fourth St. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children ages 12 and under. Proceeds will be used for Methodist Men projects, including coats and shoes for school children at Christmastime.
? CenterPointe Church, located at 1616 Veterans Ave. in Vandalia, is holding free Weekly Fit Club sessions at 6 p.m. every Thursday.
? TOPS IL 1872, Ramsey, will meet at the Christian Church in Ramsey. Weigh-in is at 6:20 p.m. and the meeting is at 7 p.m.

? Crawford-Hale American Legion Post 95 will hold bingo at the Legion Home. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and bingo begins at 7 p.m.
? A Nar-Anon meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Northside Christian Church, 1845 W. Jackson St., Vandalia.
? The annual Vandalia Community High School play will be presented at 7 p.m. this Friday and Saturday at the former First Baptist Church, located at the northwest corner of Sixth and Johnson streets. This year’s play, “Twelve Incompetent Jurors,” is a spoof of the popular classic movie, “Twelve Angry Men.” Admission is $3 for students and $4 for adults.

Saturday, March 18

? Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Eighth and Fillmore streets in Vandalia, will host a Lutheran Early Response Team volunteer training provided by the LCMS Office of National Mission from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. The public is invited, but only LCMS members will be certified. The fee is $35 for LCMS members, and non-members pay only an $8 lunch fee. Call the church office, 283-1133, for more information.

? Fayette County Mothers of Preschoolers meets at 6:30 p.m. in the back room of the St. Elmo Public Library. Mothers of children ages newborn to kindergarten-age are invited. Snacks and child care is provided.
? The VFW Auxiliary meets at 7 p.m. at the VFW Home on West St. Louis Avenue in Vandalia.
? The Vandalia City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at city hall.

Tuesday, March 21

? The Vandalia Rotary Club meets at noon at Ponderosa Steakhouse.
? The Vandalia Board of Education meets at 5 p.m. in the district's administration center.
Wednesday, March 22

? The third Lenten Luncheon held by the Vandalia Ministerial Alliance is from noon-1 p.m. at Northside Christian Church, 1845 W. Jackson St.
? Bingo is held at the Vandalia Moose Lodge, starting at 7 p.m., with Lightning at 5:30 p.m.
