• Todd R. Faulkner, 52, 216 N. Spring St., St. Elmo, was arrested on July 14 on charges of aggravated battery, threatening a public official, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was being held awaiting the setting of bond.
• A 17-year-old Ramsey resident was arrested on July 14 on an alleged probation violation. The youth was taken to the Madison County Juvenile Detention Center.
• David J. Tuley, 27, Moberly, Mo., was arrested on July 14 on a Missouri warrant for an alleged probation violation. He was extradited to Missouri.
• Josie R. Summann, 18, 133 Mulberry Grove Road, Mulberry Grove, was arrested on July 13 on a charge of possession of drug equipment. Bond was $1,500.
• Jeremy S. Davis, 31, 231 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 13 on a charge of possession of drug equipment. Bond was $1,500.
• Tammy S. Goodman, 51, 2259 N. 1870 Lane, St. Elmo, was arrested for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $100.
• A 17-year-old Ramsey resident was arrested on July 13 on a charge criminal sexual assault. No bond information was given.
• Jeffrey B. Diestelhorst, 54, Neoga, was arrested on July 13 for failure to appear in court on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $2,000.
• Anthony F. Corca, 37, Woodlawn, was arrested on July 13 for failure to appear in court on traffic and misdemeanor charges. Bond was $5,000.
• Cortland L. Bolyard, 38, 2322 W. St. Clair St., Vandalia, was arrested on charges of driving more than 35 mph over the speed limit and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released at the order of a judge.
• Melvin L. Brewer, 45, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on Aug. 12 for failure to appear in Macon County court on a traffic charge. Bond was $5,000.
• Christopher J. Nevins, 31, Greenville, was arrested on July 12 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lighting. Bond was $3,000.
• Thomas A. Riffle, 25, 1603 Janette Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on July 12 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. Bond was $3,000.
• Terry J. Gumm, 43, 1828 E. 2400 Ave., Brownstown, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear in court in a divorce case. Bond was $2,500.
• Brock J. Dunaway, 33, 220 S. Pine St., St. Elmo, was arrested on July 11 on a charge of theft more than $500. Bond was $7,500.
• Travis E. Turner, 20, 102 E. Madison St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 10 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $2,500.
• Curtis W. Smith, 44, 415 N. Perkins St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 10 on a charge of driving while his license is revoked. Bond was $1,500.

• William C. Nickels, 24, 22 Oak Grove Lane, Brownstown, was arrested on July 9 for failure to appear in court on a charge of resisting arrest. Bond was $2,500.
