St. James celebrating 150th anniversary

St. James Lutheran Church in Vandalia is celebrating its 150th anniversary, and the celebration includes a commemorative book.

The book also includes the names of all of the pastors from 1865 to the present and research on the Dieckmann family in Vandalia from 1840 to the present. The research was done by Vandalia native Betsy (Brannon) Mills, a former member of the St. James congregation.
