• Kevin Gonzalez, 20, Silom Spring, Ark., was arrested on April 14 on charges of driving without a valid license and speeding. Bond was $25,000.
• Danny A. Shelby, 27, RR 2, Ramsey, was arrested on April 13 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $5,000, and he was turned over to the Illinois Department of Corrections on an IDOC warrant.
• Eddie Mancilla Jr., 36, Kankakee, was arrested on April 13 for failure to appear in court on a Kankakee County traffic warrant. Bond was $16,500.
• Alan J. Frayer, 25, Nokomis, was arrested on April 13 for failure to appear in Peoria County court on a misdemeanor charge. He was transferred to Peoria County.
• Jason S. Verdeyen, 37, 1013 N. Cypress St., St. Elmo, was arrested on April 13 on charges of driving without a valid license and obstructing or resisting a peace officer. Bond was $1,500.
• Lucas K. Ephron, 20, 928 W. Johnson St., Apt. C, Vandalia, was arrested on April 12 for failure to appear in court on a charge of aggravated battery. Bond was $5,000, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Tina D. Larson, 24, RR 1, Vandalia, was arrested on April 12 on a charge of felony retail theft. Bond was $7,500.

• Carl H. Sprague, 27, RR 1, Shobonier, was arrested on April 11 on a warrant for a charge of obstructing or resisting a peace officer. Bond was $2,500, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.

• Dustin J. Morris, 18, 330 S. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on April 9 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $5,000.
• Jennifer L. Randall, 37, RR 2, Beecher City, was arrested on April 9 on charges of criminal trespass to land and resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Bond was $1,500.
• Paige L. Lorton, 35, Cowden, was arrested on April 9 for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. Bond was $3,000.
• Marcus Etcheson, 24, Greenville, was arrested on April 9 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $2,500.

• A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested on April 8 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
