Brownstown Students Collect Tabs for HCE

The staff and students of Brownstown Jr.-Sr. High, along with their families, have collected 24.6 pounds of pop tabs during the school year.

The tabs were collected to help the Sefton Unit  of Home & Community Education with its project in assisting Ronald McDonald House Charities. Families are asked to collect tabs throughout the summer and send them to school with their children next fall. Tabs will again be collected during the 2014-15 school year. Above, Sefton Unit HCE President Flo Allen accepts the tabs from Brownstown students Bob Goldman, Melissa Wiley, Austin Long and Elijah Austin.
