• Taylor R. Richards, 18, RR 1, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 10 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption of alcohol, improper lane usage and disobeying a traffic control device. Bond was $10,000.
• Zayne L. Nash, 20, 807 N. Burtschi St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 10 on charges of possession of up to 30 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol. Bond was $1,000.
• Jeffery K. Nevinger, 18, 1604 W. Fillmore St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 10 on charges of possession of drug equipment, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond was $1,000.
• Mathew W. Shaw, 42, 1926 W. Madison St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 10 on charges of aggravated battery of a senior citizen and domestic battery. He was transferred to the Illinois Department of Corrections on an IDOC warrant.

• Aaron P. Broadnay, 26, East St. Louis, was arrested on Nov. 9 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Edward L. Houston, 46, 114 Southview, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 9 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Bond was $1,000.
• Gerald E. Milhoan, 45, RR 2, Mulberry Grove, was arrested on Nov. 9 for failure to appear in court in Missouri for non-support of a child. Bond was $10,000.
