Charles Eugene “Chuckie” Rose III, 19, of Middletown, Mo., died on Saturday, March 14, 2009, from injuries sustained in an auto accident in Audrain County, Mo.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Myers Funeral Home in Middletown, with the Rev. Greg Williams officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Middletown. Mr. Rose was born on April 16, 1989, in St. Peters, Mo., the son of Charles Eugene “Chuck” Jr. and Gaycinda “Cindy” Feather Rose.
He lived in Middletown for the past two years, and lived in Vandalia prior to that. He was reared in the Middletown area. He played the trumpet in high school, liked listening to music, playing X-Box, watching movies and working on his car, loved the outdoors and enjoyed bonfires. He was a member of Middletown Baptist Church.
He is survived by his father, Charles Eugene “Chuck” Rose Jr. of Middletown; mother and her fiancé, Gaycinda “Cindy” Rose and David Kuelker of Everett, Pa.; son, Aiden Elder of Vandalia; sisters, Celina Dallas Rose of Everett, Pa., and Savannah Larae Rose of Middletown, Mo.; stepbrother, Mitchell Owen Kuelker of Nashville, Tenn.; grandparents, Doris and Dewitt Vaughn of Middletown, Gene Rose of Elsberry, Mo., and Peggy and Bill Feather of Bowling Green; stepgrandmothers, Juanita Kent of Wellsville, N.Y.; aunts and uncles, and spouses, Eric Vaughn of St. Ann, Mo., Bill Feather Jr. of Bowling Green, John Feather of Everett, Pa., Annell Nation of Curryville; Daniel and Cathy Feather of Vandalia, Macy Sinclair of Bowling Green, and Matt and Audrey Feather of Bowling Green; numerous cousins; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Roy and Margaret Winters, Charles and Dema Ruth Rose, Elmer and Anna Elizabeth Feather, and Oliver and Nellie Perkins.
