Home Expo offers one-stop shopping

After an absence of several years, the Vandalia area this weekend will see the return of a home show.

This time, the Home & Lifestyle Expo will be sponsored by the Vandalia Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with The Leader-Union and radio stations WKRV/WPMB.

The event, which features booths by 30 area businesses, will bring a variety of products and services to one convenient location from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. this Saturday. Those booths will be set up in the gymnasium and cafeteria of the Vandalia Junior High School.

Why take time out of your Saturday to visit the expo? Because this event offers a unique opportunity to see the breadth of offerings available right here in our area.

Whether your interests are in products for your home, your lawn and garden, your health or your finances, this show has something for you.

For a full description of the events and exhibitors at the Home & Lifestyle Expo, see the special section included in today’s edition of The Leader-Union.

Many of the exhibitors will be offering drawings for prizes, and the chamber has arranged for several door prizes that will be given to visitors to the expo.

Convenient parking is available in either the north or south lots at the junior high school. The southwest entrance to the gymnasium will serve as the main entrance for the event.

Take time this Saturday to support our local businesses at the Home & Lifestyle Expo. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the range of goods and services available right here in our area.
