St. Elmo wallops Ramsey for third win
Senior Kase Stolte was 4-for-5 with a grand slam in a nine-run fourth inning, and freshman Levi Maxey picked up his first win of the season, as the Eagles downed Ramsey, 14-1, on Tuesday.
St. Elmo had 15 hits in the game, including three each from juniors Ben Sperry and Garrett Bartels. Maxey also hit a home run.
For Ramsey, freshman Tyler Knisley was 1-for-3 with a single and took the loss after allowing nine runs in 3 1/3 innings.
