• Larry D. Karnes, 30, 406 S. College St., Brownstown, was arrested on Dec. 7 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Scott T. Richardson, 24, RR 2, Brownstown, was arrested on Dec. 7 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge and on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $2,500.

• Broc A. Young, 25, Effingham, was arrested on Nov. 16 for failure to appear in Shelby County court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
• Robert C. Fudge, 48, Fenton, Mo., was arrested on Nov. 16 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a chemical with the intent to create a controlled substance. Bond was $20,000, and he was being held for St. Louis County authorities.

• Paul T. Stasiak, 53, 223 E. Third St., Ramsey, was arrested on Nov. 8 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage. Bond was $3,500.
• Teresa M. Witt, 42, 1826 W. Jefferson St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 8 for failure to appear in court in a divorce case. Bond was $2,500.
• Timothy A. Dunahee, 21, 517 N. Riverview Drive, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 8 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $75,000.

• Vernon C. Martin, 27, Greenville, was arrested on Oct. 18 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $15,000.
• Jarvis R. Denning, 22, RR 1, Shobonier, was arrested on Oct. 18 on a warrant for criminal damage to property. Bond was $10,000.
• Nicky L. Maness, 31, Shelbyville, was arrested on Oct. 18 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was $5,000.
