    • Kelsie M. Flemming, 22, 407 N. Kennedy Blvd., Vandalia, was arrested on March 5 on an alleged probation violation, failing a drug test. Bond was $5,000.
    • Michael T. Watson, 33, Freeport, was arrested on Feb. 5 for failure to appear in Winnebago County court. No bond information was listed.
    • Michelle B. Johnson, 45, RR 1, Shobonier, was arrested on March 5 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and on a warrant for four counts of retail theft. Bond was $33,000.

    • Dylan T. Summers, 19, 2310 W. Main St., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 12 for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $2,500.
    • Natosha L. Peck, 31, Staunton, was arrested on Feb. 12 for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $5,000, and she was released on a personal recognizance bond.
