  • Denny Scholarship

    Kaskaskia College announced that Andria Cavaletto of Centralia has been named the recipient of the Frank Denny Memorial Scholarship awarded through the Kaskaskia College Foundation.

    Cavaletto is a graduate of South Central High School and is pursuing an associate's degree in Nursing. She is married to John Cavaletto and is the daughter of Larry and Sue Urban. Pictured above with Cavaletto is Travis Henson, director of marketing for Kaskaskia College.

  • Johnston Scholarships

    Kaskaskia College announced that Crystal Hicks of Ramsey and Alyssa Rauch of Vandalia have been named the recipients of the Jan and Jack Johnston Scholarship awarded through the Kaskaskia College Foundation.

  • Bohner Scholarship

    The Kaskaskia College Foundation recently awarded Nicole Manley of Vandalia the Steve and Patti Bohner Scholarship in memory of Robert G. Burnside.

  • KC registration under way for spring

    Registration is under way for the spring 2015 semester at Kaskaskia College’s main campus, branch campus and Education centers.  Most classes will begin on Jan. 12.

    Cake decorating class
    The Kaskaskia College Office of Continuing/Community Education will offer a cake decorating class at the Vandalia Campus from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. this Saturday.
    The registration number for the class is COED-5439-VA02W.
    Students will learn the basics of cake decorating. They will not only learn how to make icing, but will learn the importance of icing consistency.

  • BHS Homecoming is Saturday

    Brownstown High School will hold its homecoming dance this Saturday evening from 8-11 p.m., with the coronation set for 8 p.m.
