  • Bucky Burro Playing in the Sunshine
The recent rains had make Bucky Burro’s “yard” a bit muddy and, although he seemed to enjoy rolling and playing in the mud, he seemed really overjoyed to see the sun shining this week.
We saw him run from his barn and back, kicking up his heels and cavorting around his pen like a 2-year-old (which he really is). Lady, the senior mini-horse and, we suspect, Bucky’s “mentor”) just stood  watched him, showing no inclination to join in the lively behavior.
