    By Mary Woolsey
When entering Evergreen Outreach on Monday, I was about 30 minutes early, and already, Softfire (David and Patricia Pence) was singing and playing.
Using the many instruments they play, it was a beautiful quiet time for me. Their voices blended on “God of Israel,” “People Need the Lord,” “Amazing Grace” and other songs. I do believe they sing better each time I hear them.

  • Evergreen Outreach

    By Joyce Mueller
Some here at Evergreen Outreach call this their favorite time of the year. One lady remarked, “After the rains came, I saw a hint of colors on trees and bushes.”
As the guests arrived, they noticed a beautiful floral arrangement, which was a special tribute to a special lady, Mrs. Helen Ray. Her 107th birthday will occur on Wednesday.
Also celebrating birthdays were Erma Cameron, Sarah Laurie, Donald Macarthur and Brenda Reese.

  • Minister's Forum

Our human story begins in biblical metaphor with people (the man and the woman) together with God and the animals in tranquil and happy bliss. Our relationship to God knit us together in a fabric of love (Genesis 1, 2).

Pictured with some of the children are bus drivers Jennifer Ellis and Kenneth Fleming.
