The women of Brownstown First Christian Church last week began a weekly study of the Bible book of Daniel. It will be held on Thursdays at 7 p.m.

The first part studies Daniel’s life, as he faced pressures and temptations similar to those that Christians encounter today.
The second part explores the prophecies from the time of Daniel to the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Centuries ago, Aristotle wrote of a concept that has been referred to as the “Golden Mean.”

  • This year, resolve to make some spiritual changes

When a New Year approaches, some of us may think of some New Year's resolutions that we are intending to make.
