  • The Light of the World warms us, drives out sin

In the Bible, we are presented with the history of light. “God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.”
At the Creation, God, the Creator, said, “Let there be light,” and at his word there was light. Light in all its fullness broke into time, and history focused on the life, death and personality of the Light of the World – Jesus. the Christ. Jesus dispelled the darkness from the tomb, and revealed the great and glorious light beyond the tomb.

In the beginning, the Lord led Dale and Susan Worthington to have seven talented children, ages 6-17, who share His grace and love by playing music at His beck and call.  Their large van and covered trailer contains instruments, speakers, microphones, stands and, I bet, a mile of electrical cords.

  • Evergreen Outreach

    By Charlene Jett
Today, our thoughts are with Jesus, because he is the one who will miss us today. Since Evergreen Outreach is canceled, we must use our memories to be constantly refreshed by His love, compassion and mercy.
He will miss our off key and out of tune singing. He will miss our frail bodies, trying to dance and be strong and beautiful. He will miss our short, stumbling prayers.
In spite of all these failings he still loves us and encourages us to make forward progress and become closer to him.
